Podcasts are (usually) free, time isn’t. It takes anywhere from one sitting to ten hours to get a review ready for publication. Media criticism and analysis is what I’m good at. I’ve won state-level collegiate press awards for theatre and movie criticism, but it’s also a gig with, shall we say, fluctuating pay at best.
If you would like to support what I do here on this blog, my writings elsewhere, and the podcasts I produce: here are several things you can do that really help.
The Free Options
Follow me on Twitter, your engagement helps my posts get seen when I throw up new reviews.
Listen to this podcast about podcasting, Tuned In, Dialed Up. Produced with the wonderful Wil Williams, Tuned In, Dialed Up is a podcast about podcasting by two podcast journalists. If you like what I write, you’ll like TIDU.
Follow me on Twitch! I stream a variety of games and activities, and it’s not uncommon to find me blabbing about podcasting on air with even the slightest provocation.
Check out my fiction podcast outlet! I occasionally tinker in the world of audio fiction and Baldwin Audio Works is the umbrella under which I situate everything.
The Not-Free Options
Tip me! If you’ve enjoyed my work enough you’d like to financially support me in a direct way, the best way to do that is to head over to my BuyMeACoffee page!
Hire me! There’s a handy-dandy Contact Me link at the top of the page that’ll allow you to get in touch. I can write for your site! I can consult for your new podcasting business! I have an unncessary amount of railroading history in my brain (this is a half-joke)!
